Planet Roll comes from a grounded and humble background. As a kitchen apprentice in Vietnam’s hotels, I studied hard and work tirelessly to learn my trade. Eventually I was offered an opportunity to  learn from the best of the best at some of Vietnam’s top famous restaurants. After years of soaking up all the information and techniques of Vietnamese cookery, I moved to Australia and studied further, refining my cooking skills. With these experience, I bring the skills and passion for Vietnamese food to Planet Roll.  Here at Planet Roll, we offer fine dining at competitive prices. We intend to deliver traditional ingredients  with modern cooking technique to enhance the established flavours, giving a unique zing and taste to your food. We love what we do and it shows in the way we take the time to deliver our products, as our food is more than just a feed, but as an experience in Vietnamese dining and culture.
